DESCRIPTION
Smooth, easy-to-drink, a finely crafted Japanese whisky from Japan’s SASANOKAWA SHUZO that was founded in 1765, mainly producing Sake and Shochu, It obtained its whisky license and started distilling whisky since 1946. It is the sole micro whisky distillery in Japan Tohoku (northeast) area.
TASTING NOTES
- Nose: Soft and delicate – Elderflower, malt, caramel, iodine
- Palate: Light and oily – Pear, cereal, vanilla, citrus
- Finish: Medium – Iodine, vanilla, cereals
